Is a Managing Counsel and Founder of Darstate Attorneys, a law firm based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He is a legal practitioner (admitted to practice law both in Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar), notary public and Commissioner for oaths. He is trainer and researcher.

He coordinates and runs a very busy filing practice (trade marks, patents, Industrial designs, copyrights, utility modes, plant varieties,) across the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), Tanzania, Zanzibar, Malawi, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, Nigeria, China, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Burundi and Kenya.


He saves as seasoned Data Protection Officer (DPO) and company secretary in different companies. He has a proven track record of conducting data audits, developing risk assessment frameworks, and implementing robust privacy strategies that protect sensitive information while fostering a culture of data protection within the organization.


He advises national and international companies on strategic investment procedures, guidelines, regulations and law in Tanzania and Zanzibar. He is a member of Pan African Law Society, East Africa Law Society, Tanganyika Law Soceity and Zanzibar Law Society.
