Elusya Fred Koteck

Miss Elusya Fred Koteck is a dedicated and results-oriented Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and all subordinate courts. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B). She is a proud Member of the Tanganyika Law Society, and is duly admitted to practice law in Mainland Tanzania. In addition, she serves as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.


She serves as an intellectual property, Corporate and Commercial transaction, Real Estate and Construction, International trade and Investment legal advisor. In this role, she provides specialized legal services in the protection, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property rights, compliance frameworks, internal policy restructuring, and risk mitigation strategies. In addition to her IP specialization, Miss Koteck is an experienced conveyancer and civil litigator, handling a broad range of legal matters in civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial law. She is also an expert in mediation and arbitration, with proven skills in resolving disputes efficiently and amicably. Her practice includes substantial experience in labour and employment law, where she offers sound legal advice and effective representation in labour disputes and compliance matters.
